Big news this month — Waspface have teamed up with O Positive in the US. In each year since its inception, O Positive has landed in the Top 10 for the coveted Palme d’Or at Cannes out of all production companies worldwide, so we really are honoured and thrilled to be partnered with such a prestigious production company.

You’re probably already familiar with some of the great commercials produced by O Positive but just as a reminder take a peek at these spots directed by Jim Jenkins and David Shane.

‘Civil War’ Director: Jim Jenkins

Jenkins, best known for being an adept visual storyteller and comedy director, has won multiple D&AD pencils, Cannes Lions and AICP honors, and he’s ranked in Creativity’s Top 10 Award-winning Directors list. He collaborated for the second time with Martin Scorsese for an AT&T cinema spot that took Gold at Cannes.

‘Liar’ Director: David Shane

Shane has earned a reputation as one of the industry’s top performance directors. A master of the subtle, comedic moment, Shane’s career highlights include an Emmy for Best Commercial for Bud Light ‘Swear Jar’, a Gold Lion-winning campaign for BC SPCA and multiple accolades for ESPN. He has been included in directors’ forums and top talent features from Creativity, as well as being spotlighted in Shoot and Boards magazines. Shane was also one of the original writers of ‘South Park’.
